Firdy Earl is made from selected high- quality Cabernet Sauvignon grape which is originally from the Bordeaux region of France. The grape color is as red as bright crimson clouds in the sky; it is also looks like the red bead jade. The high quality red wines over the world are fermented from Cabernet Sauvignon.

It is strong and full bodied with the taste of light green grass, green peppers, green stem, black currant, plum, black cherry, mulberry, strawberry, raspberry and other fragrance. It is rich on the nose with long, persistent finish and superior quality which is much better than other grape varieties. If it is aged in the new oak barrel then it will show the aroma of smoking, herbs and pepper; if it is aged wine then it will also show the aroma of mushrooms, dry leaves in the forest, animal fur and mineral.
